Impasta – my new favorite pasta place
Atmosphere: This is healthy gourmet pasta at its best with an easy and friendly atmosphere. Order at the counter, choose your beverage from the cooler, and a gluten dairy-free dessert while you are ordering your special pasta creation.
The interior design speaks clean, bright, and healthy. Plants adorn one side of the walls with bright yellow chairs, fringed wall hangings, and yellow potted flowers at every table. There are both inside and outdoor options for seating.
Menu Choices: The pasta choices are vast all low carb, gluten-free and healthy. The choices for numerous sauces, toppings, flavors, and seasoning combinations are also numerous. Ask for recommendations if you are overwhelmed with what to choose. Enjoy choosing one of the vegetable-focused bases like spaghetti squash, hearts of palm, zucchini noodles, cauliflower gnocchi, or shirataki noodles!
This pasta is so delicious and you will leave satisfied without the guilt of feeling that you have overeaten with something heavy. If you are a pasta lover you will not miss the wheat pasta from traditional dishes and if you are a healthy eater you will be delighted to eat this guilt-free pasta that is both gluten-free and low carb. Many of the dishes are also vegan as well.

There were so many different gluten-free pasta options to choose from! I had such a great time hearing about the different recommendations and appreciated that items were clearly labeled vegan on the menu. I don’t eat dairy so this was a great indicator of what I could eat. I also appreciated that Impasta has some great protein options to add to any bowl (chicken, shrimp, salmon fillet, tofu, impossible sausage, or grilled veggies.)
